Where do the tours depart from?
All SailPalma tours depart from Muelle de la Lonja, 07001 Palma de Mallorca — a central marina just a 5-minute walk from the Cathedral and the old town. The exact meeting point and any final details will be confirmed in your booking confirmation.
What is included in a SailPalma tour?
All shared tours and private charters include a welcome drink on arrival, a selection of tapas served on board, SUP boards, snorkelling equipment and masks, towels, and the full attention of our skipper and dedicated hostess. Water is included throughout the tour. Soft drinks and other beverages can be ordered from our hostess on board. The Premium Escape additionally includes champagne, a private chef, gourmet lunch and a Seabob.
How many guests are on each tour?
Shared tours are limited to a maximum of 12 guests — we deliberately keep group sizes small so the experience always feels personal and relaxed. Private charters accommodate up to 12 guests as well. The Premium Escape is capped at 10 guests to maintain the highest level of service.
What catamaran do you use?
We sail aboard a carefully selected Fountaine Pajot catamaran — one of the world's most respected catamaran builders. The boat was chosen for its exceptional stability, generous deck space, comfortable cockpit, and true sailing elegance. It is regularly maintained to the highest safety standards.
Can I book the entire catamaran privately?
Yes — all of our experiences are available as private charters. If you want the boat exclusively for your group, simply select the Private Charter option or contact us directly. The Premium Escape is always private by design.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers activity cancellations.
Do you operate in bad weather?
Guest safety is our absolute priority. If weather conditions make sailing unsafe or uncomfortable, we will contact you as early as possible to offer a reschedule to another available date, or a full refund. We never sail in conditions that compromise safety.
Is SailPalma suitable for children?
Yes, we are very family-friendly. Children of all ages are welcome aboard when accompanied by a parent or guardian. We carry life jackets in all sizes. The catamaran's stability makes it a comfortable experience even for very young guests.
Do you offer tours in Spanish?
Yes. Our crew — Skipper Thorsten and Hostess Klaudia — speak English and Spanish fluently. Tours are conducted in the language that suits your group best.
How do I book?
You can book directly through the booking calendar on our website, or contact us via WhatsApp for custom requests, private charters or the Premium Escape. We aim to respond to all WhatsApp and email enquiries within a few hours during operating hours.
