or how we came to fuse
Mediterranean & Peruvian Cuisine.

We will then head to our imperial table to enjoy our meal,
naturally accompanied by wine pairing directly from
Mallorca.
This is an open workshop, it means that can attend up to
12 participants. Here lies its charm and a chance to meet

The experience begins with a tour of the Mercat De L' Olivar.

Aperitif directly at the Olive Market, glass of Cava Catalan with Oysters.

Each participant will have an apron, a table with space, materials, ingredients and food to cook the meal. They will be assisted by a helper and chef, who will be in charge of giving instructions to the team in the preparation of the recipes.

Once the meal is finished, the participants will move to the dining room where they will sit at an imperial table to eat the food they have prepared.

The experience begins with learning how to mix your favourite aperitif with a selection of exquisitely selected fusion tapas.
