In the summer of 2023, we brought Sail Palma to life, a luxury haven amidst the sea. Specializing in high-quality services, our Fountaine Pajot catamarans, ranging from 40 feet, have been designed for select groups of up to 12 people. With an experienced captain and a charming hostess, our 4-hour tours or full-day journeys became a resounding success, surpassing the expectations of our guests.

This year, our story evolves towards new horizons with the creation of our own restaurant. Strategically located in front of the famous Mercat De L’ Olivar in Palma, it is a stage for the creation of unique culinary experiences. We present our “Cooking Class,” where participants immerse themselves in the rich Mediterranean Spanish culture, exploring the secrets of authentic regional cuisine guided by passionate local chefs.
